Simple operating principle

The drainage container combines efficient sludge dewatering with high efficiency and is ideal for treating all types of sludge.

Equipped with a removable filter basket that supports a high-strength filter cloth mounted on perforated plates, this container effectively retains sludge particles.

Valves on the bottom ensure a continuous flow of filtered water, while puncture-resistant sludge remains on the filter cloth, which is easy and inexpensive to dispose of.

The container from IWAT is available in sizes of 0.3 to 4.0 m³ and produces puncture-resistant sludge quickly and easily — simply using gravity.

Quick to clean thanks to the removable filter basket, and optional features such as wheels or a tilting mechanism for easy emptying from the truck.

This makes it an ideal solution for volumes of 0 to 1 m³/h of sludge with a TS content of 10 to 15% after dewatering.
